Welcome to Kustom Kreation Wigs. This website is operated by Kustom Kreation Wigs, LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kustom Kreation Wigs.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.

Please review these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes or interfere with the security or operation of our website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to address fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Kustom Kreation Wigs specializes in handcrafted wigs, custom-fit units, and related wig services.

Product availability, customization options, and pricing may vary.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, textures, lengths, and other characteristics. However, differences in lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of hair may result in slight variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected customization options before placing an order.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOM WIG MEASUREMENTS AND FIT

Customers ordering custom-fit wigs are responsible for submitting accurate head measurements according to our measurement guide.

These measurements may include circumference, front-to-nape, ear-to-ear, temple-to-temple, and other measurements necessary for proper wig construction.

Incorrect or incomplete measurements may affect the fit of the finished unit.

Custom Wig Fit Guarantee

Customers must report custom wig fit concerns within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery to request a fit review under our guarantee.

If the fit issue results from an error made by Kustom Kreation Wigs, we will correct or reconstruct the affected unit at no additional cost, including reasonable return and reshipping costs.

If reconstruction is necessary because of inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer, a $150 reconstruction fee plus applicable shipping costs will apply.

Customers must receive approval and return instructions before sending a unit back.

This guarantee does not limit remedies required by applicable law.

SECTION 4 – ORDER PLACEMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE PLACED. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.

Due to the preparation, materials, and customization involved in our products and services, customers may not cancel an order after it has been successfully placed, regardless of whether production has begun.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before checkout, including:

• Head measurements and cap size

• Hair length, texture, and density

• Hair color and customization selections

• Lace and parting preferences

• Shipping address and contact information

Order modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by Kustom Kreation Wigs.

Additional fees or processing time may apply to approved changes.

This policy does not restrict refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including those relating to defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or undelivered orders.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Custom-made and personalized wigs are generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with customer-approved customization selections.

Exceptions may apply when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise subject to remedies required by law.

SECTION 6 – PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Custom-made wigs generally require 10–14 business days for production and processing after all required measurements and customization details have been received.

Ready-to-ship wigs are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times exclude weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time.

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and a signature is required upon delivery.

SECTION 7 – SEND YOUR OWN HAIR SERVICES

Customers purchasing our Send Your Own Hair service are responsible for providing suitable hair and arranging shipment to Kustom Kreation Wigs.

Customers should use a tracked shipping service and appropriate insurance.

Production begins after we receive the customer's hair, required measurements, and customization details.

Kustom Kreation Wigs is not responsible for customer-supplied hair lost or damaged before it is received by our business.

If supplied hair is unsuitable for the requested service, we will contact the customer to discuss available options.

SECTION 8 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where a correction or other adjustment is permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to review or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue any refund required under the circumstances.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

SECTION 9 – ORDER ACCURACY AND COMMUNICATION

Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.

Kustom Kreation Wigs may contact customers to confirm measurements, customization details, or shipping information.

Failure to provide required information may delay production.
