Shipping policy

Processing and shipping on kustomized units takes 10-14 business days (not including holidays and weekends) after head measurements are submitted. 

 

All orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays, will begin processing the following business day. 

 

 Once unit is shipped you will receive your tracking number via email.  Please make sure your email address is correct. 

 

Units are shipped via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx and will require signature for delivery. 

 

Kustom Kreation Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package has not arrived as expected please contact USPS. (1-800-ASK-USPS).

 

 

Ready to ship units are shipped within 1-3 days.
